“I love working with organizations to successfully achieve their goals and aspirations.  Having been in the trenches as a start-up entrepreneur as well as a corporate executive, I know the challenging demands and pressures that leaders face in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas.  I help leaders develop and utilize their talents to be change agents who strive to move their organizations to greatness."

Doug received his Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from UVa and his Masters in Business Administration from Western New England University. He currently resides in Richmond, Virginia along with his wife, Palmer.  They have 4 grown children.
